Builder - We are a private equity, award-winning builder focused on asset repositioning. As a builder, Portico's latest focus has been the restoration of historic buildings and infusing them with the sustainable/green technologies to conserve natural resources (energy, water, other fuel sources). We build one project at a time. We do not engage in pursuing multiple projects at once. We are not a production/volume builder. This approach is unique to the industry.
