Omar H. Pachecano,
Senior principal and chief advisor has a career spanning over sixty
years. Mr. Pachecano eventually rose to oversee the family’s
concrete construction business founded by his father, Natividad Pachecano.
A retired minister, he used his business knowledge to
build churches for the Baptist denomination. His second career led
him to one of the highest posts in Baptist denominational life serving
as President
of the Baptist University of the Americas overseeing building and curriculum
expansion into an accredited four year college. As a volunteer, Mr. Pachecano has devoted considerable time to the community
and education. He currently serves as President of the Trustees for the Somerset Independent School District. He is a US Army
veteran who served working with first-generation guided missle systems (Pershing, Nike).

Roy R. Pachecano's career spans twenty-five years. Trained first in the building arts as a result of his family's
concrete business, Mr. Pachecano later became a licensed architect. His ability to understand building failures, led
him to a directorship of a prominent New York City law firm; He has worked with lead-counsel on major construction/design
litigation throughout the United States and its territories. Throughout each phase of his career, Mr. Pachecano has threaded
a keen interest in the development of real property in urban centers. Aside from planning and development, he has
successfully managed and supervised over half-billion dollars in real estate transactions, design and construction. He is
on faculty at Columbia University and Pratt Institute teaching subjects he is most passionate about: land use/zoning
law, green design/construction technology, real estate development.

Bryan Oos, joined Portico Residential summer 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Oos was
Director of Development at Forest City Residential where he held primary responsibility for assembling a pipeline of approximately
1,600 rental apartments and 200,000 square feet of retail with an estimated development cost of over $750 Million. In this
capacity he was charged with identifying sites, preparing RFQ and RFP responses, negotiating purchase and sale agreements,
conducting due diligence and financial underwriting, and reviewing plans and construction bids. Prior to joining Forest City
in 2005 Mr. Oos worked as a Land Acquisition Manager for Winchester Homes where he played a key role in performing due diligence
and financial underwriting for approximately $300 million of single-family residential development. Mr. Oos had previously
worked as a Leasing Consultant with AvalonBay Communities.

Robert B. Knight is a veteran financial analyst in the real estate industry. He founded EastRock Advisors in 2001
to provide financial analysis and advisory services to real estate operating and development companies nationally.
Since its formation, East Rock has assisted in capital raising and sale efforts for a national self-storage operator,
analyzed development opportunities for a Florida apartment developer, created financial projections for a
mixed-use project in Louisville, Kentucky, and developed a cash flow model for a $250 million resort
development in Bermuda. Mr. Knight has overseen approximately $650 million in total transaction volume. Education
