("Portico"). We work in two main areas:
(1) ADVISORY - We are advisors to private and public entities
on matters related to real property: strategic and financial planning on expansion/conversion of existing building inventory
into new uses, and pre-transactional due diligence of real estate portfolios. We have extensive experience in forensics,
land use/zoning, legal & litigation support, and building diagnostics.
(2) DEVELOPMENT - We are a private equity developer/builder.
Over the years, we have accumulated significant experience in our
advisory work which has greatly benefitted our development; advisory and development services reinforce eachother. We bring a
multi-disciplinary skill-set to complex projects large and small. By combining an expertise of legal frameworks,
financial markets, master-planning, design/construction know-how and the political environment affecting development, Portico
is well positioned to assist private investors, investment banks, international corporate owners and public entities achieve
their real estate development goals.
